Sometimes an idea can be really simple. Just right, and than it’s a question of ‘just do it’ and bring it on the market. That’s what two Italian artists did when asked to think about a new ‘cooking ritual’ idea. They called their project “I Tradizionali” and I discovered it recently surfing. A perfect item to be one of the ‘images of the day’. I Tradizionali are illustrated tattoo-recipes which can be applied on one’s forearm. Not only does the tattoo emphasize the common gesture of “rolling-up one’s sleeves” before cooking, but it also helps the cook to remember the order in which the recipe is to be prepared. The collection is divided into different thematic packages. Each of them includes 4 recipes which provide a list of the ingredients and the amount of each ingredient needed for the recipe.
