Maybe because I need and miss the sun so much today, this image caught my attention in a flash. It made me think of a ‘piscine’ we once rented together with a lovely house in the Provence with good friends. At this very moment, the pool of that house will look this deserted and lonely as the one here on the picture. Very sad indeed.
It’s an image that is part of a French contest named
‘ My Provence‘.
This so called “concours de création en ligne” is open for all: photographes, graphic artists and image makers.
I love the theme they choose this year: imagine what you can do with this dream theme: « Bain de Foule ».
Which means something like ‘To mingle with the crowd or ‘ to go on a walk about’. But to be honest, I think nobody is going to let go of the lovely link with water, sea, piscine and beach as you all ready notice when you check the first entries of the competition.
Take your camera of start designing, but read the rules of entry first. Dates? From 15 décembre 2012 till 10 février 2013 inclus!
